I found those spoons while traveling in Sri Lanka. The faces seem to be some kind of traditional devil masks (https://en.theoutlook.com.ua/article/5832/sri-lankan-masks-guides-to-the-kingdom-of-spirits.html). The other ones... I don't know :))
